Platinum Green is building a Solar Community in the beautiful town of Wiscasset, "The Prettiest Village in Maine." The neighborhood is located Northeast of Portland and within minutes of bays and beaches. We are building 4-6 homes that will be primarily solar powered and designed to the Platinum level of LEED criteria. These beautiful and unique homes will be available for purchase and/or short/long term rental for people to experience modern green living first hand.
